By accessing or using Dil Ka Rishta (the "Service") — including our website www.dilkarishta.com.pk and our mobile applications — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be legally allowed to marry under Pakistani law
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• One CNIC = one account (no duplicates allowed)

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not transfer your account to anyone else

3. Profile Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to post:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Married persons posing as single (without disclosure)
• Inappropriate, vulgar, or offensive content
• Photos of minors or other people without consent
• Contact information of others
• Spam, advertisements, or promotional content

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Demand money from other members
• Send threatening, harassing, or abusive messages
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to scrape data
• Circumvent security features
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

5. Payments and Memberships

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are manually verified within 24 hours
• Memberships are non-refundable once activated
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7-14 business days
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions do NOT auto-renew — you must manually upgrade

6. Verification

We may verify your identity using CNIC, mobile, or other documents. We may suspend accounts that fail verification.

7. Profile Removal

You can delete your profile at any time:

• Via your account dashboard (instant)
• Via our delete request form (within 48 hours)

We reserve the right to remove profiles that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Dil Ka Rishta (logo, design, code) is our property. You retain rights to your own profile content but grant us a license to display it on our Service.

9. Disclaimer

Dil Ka Rishta is a platform that facilitates introductions. We do NOT guarantee marriage, compatibility, or success. You are responsible for verifying any match before meeting in person.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Lahore, Punjab.

13. Mobile App Terms

By installing our mobile app, you additionally agree to:

• Google Play Store / Apple App Store terms
• App permission requests (camera, storage, notifications)
• Receiving in-app notifications

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
